Langtoft United committee members are volunteers who are tasked with the day to day running of the football club tasked with keeping the club sustainable, that the club functions as a compliant grassroots club in accordance with the FA Accredited scheme to raise the standard of grassroots clubs.

The committee are dedicated to improving club facilities working with the local parish council. Langtoft United are also committed to improving the standard of football with the new Football Development team encouraging coaches to improve through Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and ensuring safeguarding measures are put into place to make Langtoft United a safe, fun environment to learn.

Langtoft United have adopted the Safer Recruitment of Volunteers so that everyone who volunteers at the club has passed all relevant safety checks.
